Uptivo supporta diversi tipi di allenamento per adattarsi al tuo stile di training:
- Indoor Training: palestra, sala pesi, circuiti fitness
- Outdoor Running: corsa all'aperto con tracciamento GPS
- Cycling: ciclismo indoor e outdoor
- Functional Training: crossfit, circuit training, HIIT
- Boxing: allenamento boxe (richiede Uptivo Boxing Sensors)
- Yoga / Pilates: attivita a bassa intensita
- Swimming: nuoto (con sensore compatibile)
- Group Class: lezioni di gruppo in strutture con Bridge
- Other: qualsiasi altra attivita fisica

Selezionare il tipo di allenamento corretto aiuta l'app a calcolare con maggiore precisione le calorie bruciate e gli UPPs guadagnati.
Cambiare tipo durante la sessione
Non e possibile cambiare il tipo di attivita durante una sessione in corso. Se necessario, termina la sessione corrente e avviane una nuova selezionando l'attivita desiderata.

Uptivo supports several workout types to suit your training style:
- Indoor Training: gym, weight room, fitness circuits
- Outdoor Running: outdoor running with GPS tracking
- Cycling: indoor and outdoor cycling
- Functional Training: crossfit, circuit training, HIIT
- Boxing: boxing workout (requires Uptivo Boxing Sensors)
- Yoga / Pilates: low-intensity activities
- Swimming: swimming (with compatible sensor)
- Group Class: group classes at facilities with Bridge
- Other: any other physical activity

Selecting the correct workout type helps the app calculate calories burned and UPPs earned more accurately.
Changing type during a session
It is not possible to change the activity type during an ongoing session. If needed, end the current session and start a new one by selecting the desired activity.

Cambiar tipo durante la sesion
No es posible cambiar el tipo de actividad durante una sesion en curso. Si es necesario, finaliza la sesion actual e inicia una nueva seleccionando la actividad deseada.

- Outdoor Running : course en exterieur avec suivi GPS
- Cycling : cyclisme indoor et outdoor
- Functional Training : crossfit, circuit training, HIIT
- Boxing : entrainement de boxe (necessite Uptivo Boxing Sensors)
- Yoga / Pilates : activites de faible intensite
- Swimming : natation (avec capteur compatible)
- Group Class : cours collectifs dans les etablissements equipes de Bridge
- Other : toute autre activite physique

Changer de type pendant une session
Il n'est pas possible de changer le type d'activite pendant une session en cours. Si necessaire, terminez la session en cours et demarrez-en une nouvelle en selectionnant l'activite souhaitee.
